Your PRIMEROX program is a personalized digital product, generated bespoke for YOUR profile and delivered immediately. The nature of this product shapes refunds — but we want you to be satisfied. Here's how it works.

1. Nature of the product

The program is personalized digital content, generated from your answers and made available as soon as payment is confirmed. It is designed specifically for your profile and cannot be 'returned'.

2. Right of withdrawal (personalized digital content)

For personalized digital content supplied immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply once performance has begun with your express consent and you have acknowledged losing that right. By paying and triggering generation, you request immediate performance.

As long as generation has not started, you can contact us to cancel and be refunded.

3. Our satisfaction guarantee

Refund requests for a mere 'change of mind' after a personalized program has been delivered generally cannot be honored, unless mandatory law provides otherwise in your favor.

  • Program not generated / not delivered due to a technical issue on our side: full refund.
  • Clear error in the program (inconsistent with your answers): we regenerate for free, or refund if we can't resolve it.
  • Duplicate charge or accidental purchase reported promptly: refund.

4. Monthly subscription

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time; it ends at the close of the current period.
  • Already-billed periods are not refunded pro-rata, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
  • No further charge is made after cancellation.

5. How to request a refund

Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method. The time to receive funds depends on your bank.

  • Email support@primerox.co from the address used at purchase.
  • Include your order number (or your program link) and the reason.
  • We get back to you within 3 business days.
